Are you happy? I mean really happy? Do you spring out of bed in the morning looking forward to the day or do you just want to pull the covers over your head and wish everybody and everything would just go away?
We all want to be happy and healthy, right? Well, I searched the Internet to see what I could find on “how to be happy,” I get more than half a million results! How can we be happy each and every day? Is it getting a new car, a new house, the ‘perfect’ relationship? Through the years, I’ve discovered it’s not material possessions, finding your ‘soul mate’ or any of the other trappings we are all bombarded with on a daily basis on television, in the movies and in fashion magazines. It begins from within.
